The Council of Regional Accrediting Commissions (C-RAC) today issued a statement expressing gratitude to former Penn Hill Group Principal Vic Klatt for his service to the Council for over 20 years. After three decades working in education policy, Klatt retired officially on December 31st, assuming the title Principal Emeritus.

Dr. Heather F. Perfetti, President of the Middle States Commission on Higher Education (MSCHE) and Chair of C-RAC, said, “We wish Vic the very best during his retirement.  We certainly want to recognize Vic’s important work around federal education policy and thank him for the many valuable ways he contributed to C-RAC's efforts and to each of our agencies individually.  Vic will truly be missed for both his insights and humor during discussions about the complex nature of the changing higher education environment.”
