Washington, D.C. - June 21, 2023 - The Council of Regional Accrediting Commissions (C-RAC) submitted a response to the U.S. Department of Education regarding the notice of proposed rulemaking (NPRM), "Financial Value Transparency and Gainful Employment (GE), Financial Responsibility, Administrative Capability, Certification Procedures, Ability to Benefit (ATB)" published in the Federal Register on May 19, 2023.
