Regional Accreditors React to Education Department’s Proposed Regulatory Changes

WASHINGTON, D.C. – The Council of Regional Accrediting Commissions (C-RAC) today submitted a comment letter in response to the U.S. Department of Education’s Notice of Proposed Rulemaking (NPRM). The NPRM is based on the final consensus language that resulted from the negotiated rulemaking that concluded in April 2019.
